RETURNS & SHIPPING

We do our best to ensure all items in our shop are loved by our customers just as much as we love them. However, we understand things happen and you may need to make a return. Though we'll try our best to make returns a breeze, read below to check out our store's returns and shipping policies.

returns/refunds

Returns are easy at Sol & Bel! We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately we do not accept returns that are past the 14 day/ 2 week delivery time frame.

*Customer is responsible for return shipping, Sol & Bel does not provide return labels. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services so you know when the return has been delivered.

 

Due to sanitary reasons, items being returned must be in the original condition that it was sent, with no sign of visible wear such as: Makeup, Deodorant Stains, Fragrances, etc. Otherwise the return will be rejected by our return department. We kindly ask you to package the item with care in the original form it was sent.

All swimwear and accessories (jewelry, bags, hats etc.) cannot be returned. 

All sale items are final sale and not returnable.

Once the package has been released to us by the post office, you will receive an email confirming the refund to the original form of payment. Once the refund has been issued, depending on your bank funds may take anywhere from 5-7 business days to be reflected onto your account.

Sol & Bel reserves the right to reject any return that is not within the 14 day return window and not in the original condition it was sent.

 

EXCHANGES:

Since our items tend to sell our fairly quickly, we do not offer exchanges - if you need a different size please return your item and place a new order.

shipping

We are a small business with a small, but busy team. Normal turn around time is 3-5 business days from purchase to shipment. We process and ship out orders Tuesday - Friday and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays and National Holidays. 

Unforeseen issues with material availability that could delay shipment will be communicated to customers as soon as we become aware of them.


The buyer will receive shipping and tracking via email address associated with the order.

WHEN PACKAGES REACH USPS:  

Please note that once your package arrives to the post office, it is out of our control. If an order/package is lost or stolen, Sol & Bel will NOT give the customer a refund or store credit. Please contact our shipping carrier (USPS) to file a claim for the missing item(s) at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
