RETURNS & SHIPPING
We do our best to ensure all items in our shop are loved by our customers just as much as we love them. However, we understand things happen and you may need to make a return. Though we'll try our best to make returns a breeze, read below to check out our store's returns and shipping policies.
APPAREL/ACCESSORIES/MISC. FASHION ITEMS
All online purchases in this category are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY, no exceptions, if returned within 14 days after receiving your order. Customers must ship eligible returns within the14 day period in order for their purchase to be eligible for return. Customers are expected to include the original packaging of purchased items as well as the "packing slip" or receipt included.
All items purchased during a sale are FINAL SALE, no exceptions.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
Other items that are Final Sale include all accessories, leggings, bodysuits, swimwear, athletic wear, candles, bath care. Skin care, body care, lash care and any item or product that is used on the body or skin MUST remain unopened, unused with packaging still in tact to be considered for return.
If a customer returns a final sale item the customer will be charged a $5 reshipment fee for us to ship those items back to them. If a customer sends back a late return, there will be a 20% restocking fee applied against their store credit and or the customer will be charged a $5 reshipment fee for us to ship those items back to them. Due to health & hygienic reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, etc will not be accepted
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted and the customer will be charged a $5 reshipment fee for us to ship those items back to them.
Please include the original packaging of purchased items for protection as well as the "packing slip" or receipt included.
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and forward photos of any damage.
We are a small business with a small, but busy team. Normal turn around time is 3-5 business days from purchase to shipment.
Unforeseen issues with material availability that could delay shipment will be communicated to customers as soon as we become aware of them.
The buyer will receive shipping and tracking via email address associated with the order.
WHEN PACKAGES REACHES USPS:
Please note that once your package arrives to the post office, it is out of our control. If an order/package is lost or stolen, Sol & Bel will NOT give the customer a refund or store credit. Please contact our shipping carrier (USPS) to file a claim for the missing item(s).
