Frequently Asked Questions
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
As a courtesy to Sol & Bel's team and guests, a minimum 24-hour notice of cancellation notice is required.
We allow a 15 minute grace period for guests running late to their scheduled appointments. Please be sure to contact our studio to advise of your potential tardiness so our team can try to accommodate you. We will do everything possible to extend your appointment time to the full amount of time of your appointment usually requires. However, if there is another appointment following your service, we cannot guarantee this will be possible. We may continue with your appointment until the end of it's scheduled time and full payment will still be expected. Should you decide against showing up and proceeding with the remainder of your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be considered a missed appointment (in other words, a no-show), resulting in a 100% charge of the booked service.
No-show appointments or appointments that are cancelled and rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance notice will automatically be charged 100% of the scheduled service's fee. No exceptions. We will allow the guest of a no-show or late cancellation to schedule a new appointment so long as the missed appointment was paid for in full resulting in a $0 account balance.
Guests who no show a second time will immediately be banned from booking any future service with Sol & Bel. No exceptions.
Reminders & Communication Efforts
We understand life happens and sometimes we can simply forget appointments. That's why we are committed to helping you prepare for your appointment from the moment you click "book." Here's what you can expect for communication from us:
1. At time of booking – you will receive an email confirmation with your scheduled appointment information as well as your intake form answers, policy/terms/conditions acknowledgment, etc.
2. 72 hours prior to your appointment – you will receive an email reminder of your scheduled appointment.
3. 48 hours prior to your appointment – you will receive an email reminder of your scheduled appointment.
4. 24 hours prior to your appointment – you will receive an email reminder of your scheduled appointment AND you will receive a text message reminder of your scheduled appointment as well as to make any changes to the appointment to avoid penalty fees.
All emails and texts have clear instructions on how changes may be made. You can find a cancel/change appointment link in every single email sent to you after booking.
Same Day Service Changes
Change of appointments same day are not permitted. We reserve a specific amount of time for each and every service. As our team's schedules are typically busy and booked back to back, any change of service that results in a loss of the expected time and or profit of the time booked causes prevents our team from filling their schedule's vacancy on short notice and ultimately results in a loss of wages to the service provider. Please be courteous to our team and potential guests who intend to book and keep their appointments by not booking appointments unless you are certain you intend on keeping the original booked appointment's service, date and time.
Refunds
Sol & Bel does NOT provide refunds or exchanges for services rendered, missed appointment fees or booking fees (also may be referred to as deposit or non refundable deposit on our platforms) that were paid for booked appointments. No exceptions. A booking fee is a charge incurred for scheduling an appointment with our studio. We will reimburse that charge by applying it to your appointment's service fee so long as the appointment is kept and completed at the day and time it was originally booked for. No exceptions.
Due to limited schedule availability and the high demand of services and appointments, Sol & Bel will allow original appointments to be rescheduled with the original booking fee applied, once and once only so long as the change was made at least 24 hours prior to the original booked time. Rescheduling an appointment more than once and or after 24 hours prior notice will result in the forfeit of the original booking fee paid and the original service fee will be owed in full.
Sol & Bel does NOT provide refunds for purchases made in studio or on/through our website or direct links for any and all retail. Any personal care items such as skin care, body care, lash and brow care, hair care, and or anything pertaining to the body, well being, etc, is not refundable, regardless if unopened. Please be sure you are consulting with your doctor for any possible allergies and ask one of our team members for full details on the item(s) such as ingredients and instructions of products prior to purchasing them. It is your responsibility, regardless if our team has been informed through intake forms, to be aware of ingredients that could be harmful to you and your health.
Any clothing or jewelry may be tried on and inspected in studio prior to purchasing. All sales are final.
ONLINE BOOKING
• Assistance: you are entirely responsible for the accuracy of the appointments you book online and for the service choices. If you are in doubt of which service or which service provider you should choose, please contact Sōl & Bél for assistance.
• Deposits: A deposit is REQUIRED at the time of booking. A valid credit card is required to book all appointments. No exceptions. Using an invalid or expired card to book appointments will result in the client being banned from booking future appointments.
• Credit Card Use Via Square Inc: Payment for bookings or purchases on the website indicates that you legally authorize the use of your credit card or other payment cards for the proposed transaction. It indicates that you fully understand this agreement. Sōl & Bél accepts no liability for any damages resulting from you using your credit card on the website.
PRE-BOOKING YOUR LASH FILLS/TOUCHUPS
Upon booking a full set of lash extensions, it is in your best interest to pre-book future lash fills/touchups; minimally 3-4 future appointments. This will ensure you have secured appointments and avoid being blocked out of the busy schedule. Failure to pre-book lash fills can and will set your fill due date behind, which will automatically upgrade you to paying for a new, full set of lash extensions. Although we will always try our best to pre-book your next appointment at the end of your initial appointment, the schedule does not always permit additional appointments. It is not the responsibility of Sōl & Bél, LLC or your lash tech to ensure you're rebooked for fills. No exceptions will be made. If you have any questions, please contact the studio.
NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS
Additional accompanying guests, including children, are not permitted in studio. Lobby seating is reserved for guests waiting for their services ONLY. Any additional guests will be asked to wait for you on our outdoor patio or their vehicles. Guests who bring children will be refused service immediately. Bringing an additional guest(s) may result in a cancelation of my appointment and will be considered a 'late cancelation.' No exceptions.
PAYMENT TYPES
• Payment for services is accepted solely via EXACT cash and or debit or credit cards. Cash change IS NOT kept in studio. Plan accordingly.
TIP IS NOT INCLUDED IN SERVICE PRICES.

• Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your treatment or service when making your reservation.

Booking Fee
A booking fee required to book any service/appointment with Sol & Bel. A booking fee is non-negotiable, non-refundable and immediately required at the time of booking. A valid credit or debit card is required to book all appointments. No exceptions. Using an invalid or expired card to book appointments will result in the client being banned from booking future appointments. Should our team advise you of an expired card on your file, you will be expected to provide an active and current card to replace it in order to keep and or book any and all appointments, present or future, with Sol & Bel.
Card on File
A valid credit or debit card is required to remain on file with Sol & Bel at all times and is stored at the time of booking any appointment, which is acknowledged and agreed upon at time of booking. By booking any appointment with Sol & Bel, you hereby authorize Sol & Bel to charge the credit card supplied for the payment of all Services and Fees including any missed appointment (including appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, no-show appointments, etc). The credit card provided will be kept on file and will remain in effect until the expiration of the credit card account. Should our team advise you of an expired card on your file, you will be expected to provide an active and current card to replace it in order to keep and or book any and all appointments, present or future, with Sol & Bel. Customer may revoke this authorization by submitting a written request to Sol & Bel and will forfeit their right to book any and all future appointments with Sol & Bel. Customer agrees to pay the cost for any returned or challenged payments.
Credit Card Use Via Square Inc
Payment for bookings or purchases in-store, via direct links provided and or on the website indicates that you legally authorize the use of your credit card or other payment cards for the proposed transaction. It indicates that you fully understand this agreement. Sol & Bel accepts no liability for any damages resulting from you using your credit card on the website.
Waiver of Release
At time of booking with Sol & Bel, by checking the last box at the end of each service's 'Client Evaluation + Consent & Liability Waiver', you are consenting to the use of your electronic signature in lieu of an original signature on paper. By checking this box, you are waiving all rights and releasing Sol & Bel, LLC of any liabilities.

Tip is not included in service prices.
Forms of Payment Accepted
Our studio has gone digital therefore our main form of payment excepted is through credit or debit card only.
Should a guest opt to pay for their service in cash only, it will be accepted but please be aware that we do not keep cash change in studio and you will not be given change. Our team will not make any attempt to check their personal finances to accommodate your change request. No exceptions. Please make any necessary arrangements prior to your appointment if you decide to pay in cash.
Should you show up to your appointment with less cash than charged, your card on file may be charged for the difference. Should the card on file have insufficient funds and or decline, you will be asked at once to provide a valid and current credit or debit card to pay for the remaining balance. Should that not be an option you will be asked for our Driver's Licensed and your guest account will be in default and dependent on amount owed may be reported to the collections agency contracted with Sol & Bel LLC and will result in an immediate ban from booking with Sol & Bel.

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to your service total at checkout. Our booking system may refer to this as a deposit, but it is a booking fee charged for reserving your appointment time. You may reschedule once without penalty, but a second reschedule will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. This policy ensures fairness to our service providers, as last-minute changes directly impact their time and livelihood. No exceptions. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
