1. After cleansing and toner, apply the hydrogel sheet aligned to your eyes, nose and mouth.
2. Leave on until the sheet turns fully transparent (about-3 hours) or until essence is absorbed.
3. Remove the sheet and gently pat in the remaining essence. Follow with your moisturizer.
